Dental Health

This week we have been learning about dental health. The highlight of this study has been our "eggs-periment". After a discussion about what foods/drinks/substances were bad or good for teeth, we tested several substances. We used eggs to represent our teeth and soaked each egg in the designated substance for two days. Boiled eggs soaked in coffee and coke, while raw eggs soaked in vinegar to represent acidic foods. Ask your child what happened when we revealed each egg today!
