Flight of the Dodo

There's nothing like a bird's-eye-view, so what's a flightless bird to do? Our class laughed along with Peter Brown's Flight of the Dodo as a crew of flightless birds took to the skies. In reflection, students decided if they would rather fly or be flightless and also sketched things that fly and things that do not.  (P.S.: Sorry if "target-pooping" made its way into your child's vocabulary...)
