My Teacher is a Monster (Revisited)

We revisited My Teacher is a Monster (previously read during the Georgia Children's Book Awards voting process) as part of our author study on Peter Brown. We read information about the design process on Peter's blog and tried to re-imagine different aspects of the book. Students journaled about what the book would be like if Bobby were the monster instead. Students were also asked to envision different people in their own lives as monsters, including myself, Mr. Rossiter, mom, and dad.
