The Cooking School at the Mansion on Forsyth Park

Today the Kindergarten classes at TIMA had the great privilege of visiting the Cooking School and 700 Drayton at the Mansion on Forsyth Park as part of the restaurant project. Chef Peter did a wonderful job working with the kids, answering their questions, and showing them how to create a berries and cream dish. The students loved visiting the Mansion and could not believe they were able to go to such "fancy" place. Thanks to Chef Peter and the staff of 700 Drayton for their bravery and incredible kindness in inviting 50+ five and six year-olds for this awesome experience.
